About 2 feet long, from head to tail. Its mouth does not move when it talks, and its facial expression almost never changes. Voice is young and androgynous.
Spiritually speaking, Kyubey resembles an artificial construct or magical familiar, and has no soul of its own.

Threadhopping: Ask before hopping into a serious thread. For lighter threads, go nuts.
Fourthwalling: Identifying it as fictional and even trying to tell it so is OK, but what I'd like to avoid in particular is someone outing Kyubey's more sinister ulterior motives through meta knowledge. Fortunately, one of the magical girls will probably take care of this pretty quick.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Nothing that could really come up with this character.

Hugging this character: Go ahead. Madoka carried it around like a precious kitten all the time and it never seemed to mind.
Kissing this character: Uh.
Flirting with this character: Uhhh.
Fighting with this character: Go ahead, but Kyubey will run away rather than fighting directly, as it has no combat abilities of its own.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Anything you want. Kyubey doesn't feel physical pain, but in Exsilium at least it can be killed.
Killing this character: Yes. Generally ask first, though.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Kyubey is a telepath, and would probably be aware if its mind was being read. That said, go ahead.

You probably shouldn't read this part if you haven't seen Madoka!
So! Kyubey has the ability to grant wishes and turn people into magical girls. Its targets are, generally, teenage or pre-teen girls, the more emotional the better, and the more suffering there is in your life and future, the greater of a wish it can grant. Once the wish is granted, you gain magical powers, but your soul is removed from your body and placed inside a gem, which you must carry with you at all times. As long as you are a magical girl, you don't feel pain and can repair any injury to your body using magical power, as your Soul Gem is now your actual body.
There is, of course, a price. If you use too much magic, then your Soul Gem becomes tainted, and you become a Witch. Witches are weird looking monsters that exist only to spread despair and destruction, and are as powerful as the magical girls that they once were, if not more so. It is extremely difficult to kill a Witch without being a Magical Girl yourself. In Exsilium, killing a Witch will cause the girl to revive as a normal human, with none of the powers granted by the Contract, and unable to form a second one.
So, here's the permissions question: Is it OK for Kyubey to approach any of your characters to attempt to talk them into forming Contracts?
